Ron Daly is a Certified Practising Valuer and is highly regarded within the family law profession in Melbourne.
Ron was Director of the firm Daly Planning and Valuations from 1988 to 2005.
Since 2005 Ron has specialised in providing family law valuations.
Ron is a Member of the Australian Valuers Institute and the Planning Institute of Australia.
Ron’s thorough approach in property valuation produces the evidence which is essential for successful outcomes by family law representatives.

Christine Daly– Director Town Planning
Christine Daly is a qualified Town Planner with extensive experience in both statutory and strategic planning. She has worked in State and Local Government planning departments throughout Victoria and has been a sessional member of Panels Victoria. In particular, Christine has worked in the municipalities of Boroondara, Manningham, Bass Coast, Casey, Whitehorse and Nillumbik.
Christine specialises in assisting Local Government in overload work, in particular report writing and subdivisions. In addition, she is experienced in the preparation of planning scheme amendments, MSS reviews, and Planning Policy framework translation.
Christine is thorough in her approach to all aspects of planning and her knowledge of the Victorian planning system is extensive.
Christine is proficient in all commonly used software programs, including Objective, TRIM, P & R, Weave, Trapeze, and Bluebeam.
